Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Major Cities / Urban Areas: 2–4 business days
- Remote Areas: 3–6 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (nationwide)
- Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 3,000

📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s official tracking system.
❗ Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts. If the parcel is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to Prime Sole Shoes.
Re-shipping will require advance payment of shipping charges.
🛑 Order Refusal Policy
Orders refused without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders, as part of our fraud prevention measures.
