📦 Returns & Exchange Policy – Prime Sole Shoes

At Prime Sole Shoes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Each product is crafted with attention to detail, and if your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to assist you with a smooth exchange process.

1. Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is unused and unworn
• The product is in its original packaging (box, tags, and wrapping)
• You require a size change or wish to exchange for another product

Note: Products that are worn, damaged, or customized are not eligible for exchange.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Used or damaged items
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products that have already been exchanged once

3. Exchange Process

• Contact our support team on WhatsApp: 0322 1031429 within 7 days of delivery
• Share your Order Number and reason for exchange
• Our team will review your request and guide you through the process
• Once the product is received and verified, the replacement item will be dispatched (subject to stock availability)

Note: Courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

4. Wrong or Faulty Product

If you receive:

• An incorrect product
• A damaged item
• A product with a manufacturing defect

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. After verification, we will replace the item free of cost.

5. Refund Policy

We maintain a No Refund Policy for standard orders. Refunds are only applicable in exceptional cases such as:

• Product is out of stock after order confirmation
• Item delivered is irreparably damaged or incomplete

In such cases, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days.

6. Important Notes

• We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our policy conditions
• If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer:
  • An alternate size or design, or
  • A store credit voucher
